[Important] 4Login App no longer supported on iOS 15 and update to iOS 16 or higher

We have made some changes to the operating environment of " 4Login Version 5.3.0" scheduled for release on March 31, 2026 to enhance security and optimize the latest features.

Date of update

Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at around 10:00 a.m.

Change in operating environment (OS version)

Old environment: iOS 15.0 or later
New environment: iOS 16.0 or later

Impact on users of iOS 15 or lower

The currently installed "Version 5.2.0" can continue to be used, but with the following restrictions.

• New features will not be available
  • New features and improvements in Version 5.3.0 or later will not be available.
• Security Risk
  • No security patches or bug fixes will be provided for iOS 15 or lower environments in the future.

Due to the nature of the authentication application, we do not recommend continued use of the older version in order to ensure safe and secure login.

Affected users

Users of devices with an OS lower than iOS 15 (e.g. iPhone 7 or earlier models).
*If your device cannot update its OS to iOS 16 or higher, you will not be able to update to Version 5.3.0 or later.

Recommended Action

• OS Update
  • Please update to the latest iOS if your device supports it.
• Replacing the device
  • If your device is not available for iOS 16 or later, please consider switching to a device that supports iOS 16 or later.
