Here is a summary of how to use the 4Login App” smartphone app.

UNSUBSCRIBE
If you wish to delete your 4Login account and cancel your membership, please review the information below and submit a cancellation request.
Important
- Please ensure your email settings allow you to receive emails from “noreply@pre.4login.jp” in advance.
- When submitting your cancellation request, please be sure to enter and submit the email address registered with 4Login.
- Please note that it may take several days to process your cancellation.
Please Note
Once you complete the account deletion process, your data 4Login will be deleted.
As a result, you will no longer be able to do the following:
- Change or Delete Your Current Password
- Registering a New Password
- Receiving the “Confirmation Email”
*If you uninstall the app, you will no longer be able to view your currently registered passwords.
*We recommend writing down your passwords before uninstalling the app.
*To cancel paid subscription services, you must complete a separate process on each platform, in addition to the account deletion procedure.
Withdrawal Procedure
Please access the account cancellation page, enter the email address 4Login, submit the form, and request cancellation. 4Login would also appreciate it 4Login could share the reason why 4Login are no longer 4Login.
When you click the “Submit” button on the account cancellation page, you will be redirected to a page displaying the “Next” button, but please do not click the “Next” button just yet.
Leave the page where the “Next” button appears open, and proceed to step “2” below.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered on the account cancellation page.
Please access the URL in the confirmation email to verify your email address.
Once you have accessed the URL in step “2” above, return to the cancellation page in step “1” and click the “Next” button.
The process is complete when a message confirming cancellation appears.
*Please note that simply accessing the URL in the confirmation email or clicking the “Next” button on the page that appears after submitting your email address will not complete the cancellation process. Please be sure to follow the steps above exactly.
